568-030 URETHANE 90 ORINGS PR GRADE

U90030 is an AS568-030 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.614 in (41 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.754 in (44.55 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. This material stands up to petroleum oils, abrasion and wear, and extrusion under high pressure. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to acids and bases or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in construction machinery, press and forming equipment, and hydraulic cylinders.
