*568-116 URETHANE 90 ORINGS - PR GRADE

The U90116 is an AS568-116 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.737 in (18.72 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.943 in (23.95 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The compound resists petroleum oils, abrasion and wear, and extrusion under high pressure. Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds, very high tensile strength and load capacity. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or acids and bases are present.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across off-highway equipment, construction machinery, and mining and heavy equipment.

Stocked as U90116 and sold individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 3/4 inch. Application requirements vary, so validate compatibility with your process conditions prior to installation.
