APG stocks the U90118, an AS568-118 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.862 in (21.89 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.068 in (27.13 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against impact and shock loading, ozone, and petroleum oils. Polyurethane (AU/EU) is known for very high tensile strength and load capacity, outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Applications involving ketones or acids and bases call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in off-highway equipment, high-pressure fluid power, and mining and heavy equipment.
