U90162 is an AS568-162 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.737 in (145.72 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.943 in (150.95 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists abrasion and wear, ozone, and extrusion under high pressure. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for very high tensile strength and load capacity, long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). Verify compatibility before use with prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or acids and bases.
