U90205 is an AS568-205 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.421 in (10.69 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.699 in (17.75 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists ozone, extrusion under high pressure, and impact and shock loading. Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature are present.

Typical settings include construction machinery, hydraulic cylinders, and press and forming equipment.
