U90238 is an AS568-238 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.484 in (88.49 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.762 in (95.55 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists extrusion under high pressure, abrasion and wear, and petroleum oils. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers exceptional abrasion resistance, very high tensile strength and load capacity. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where acids and bases or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature are present.
