This o-ring is supplied in AS568-345 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 3.975 in (100.97 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.395 in (111.63 mm), catalogued under part number U90345. It compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds, very high tensile strength and load capacity. This material stands up to abrasion and wear, ozone, and impact and shock loading. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or hot water and steam are present.
