8-237 BLACK FKM 90D BACK-UP RING

VBU90237 is an AS568-237 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A Back-Up Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.359 in (85.32 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.637 in (92.38 mm). In service, this back-up ring extends o-ring service life by supporting the seal against extrusion under high pressure.

Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) is valued for outstanding high-temperature capability and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit.
