SB-V70024-50 is an AS568-024 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.114 in (28.3 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.254 in (31.85 mm). Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to ketones and esters or hot water and steam will shorten service life.
