SB-V70349-5 is an AS568-349 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.475 in (113.67 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.895 in (124.33 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware. Source specification: 4.875IDX4.5"ODX.1875"CS.

The compound resists chlorinated solvents, many acids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) delivers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, automotive fuel systems, and oil and gas.
