An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope. Source specification: 0.103CSX1.174"IDX1.380"OD.

This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam.
