SB-V70208-25 is an AS568-208 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.609 in (15.47 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.887 in (22.53 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint. The catalog record notes: 0.139CSX0.609"IDX0.887"OD.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. The material holds up against aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and many acids. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

It sees regular use in aerospace, automotive fuel systems, and semiconductor equipment.
