The SB-V70224-25 is an AS568-224 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.734 in (44.04 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.012 in (51.1 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load. The catalog record notes: 0.139CSX1.734"IDX2.012"OD.

Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, aggressive chemicals, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where amines or hot water and steam are present.
