SB-V70227-10 is an AS568-227 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.109 in (53.57 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.387 in (60.63 mm). This material stands up to aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or ketones and esters are present.
