Ordered as SB-V70334-5, this is an AS568-334 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.6 in (66.04 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.02 in (76.71 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware. The catalog record notes: 0.210CSX2.600"IDX3.020"OD.

Viton® (FKM) offers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and aggressive chemicals. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, automotive fuel systems, and semiconductor equipment.
