V3X315 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 315 mm (12.402 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 321 mm (12.64 in). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, many acids, and engine and transmission fluids. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, oil and gas, and chemical processing.
