**4102-514AD MINNESOTA RUBBER QUAD RING

This quad-ring is supplied in AS568-102 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile supplied with an inside diameter of 0.049 in (1.24 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.255 in (6.48 mm), catalogued under part number VQ4102. It provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

This material stands up to aromatic hydrocarbons, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines.
