APG stocks the VQ4145, an AS568-145 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.55 in (64.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.756 in (70 mm). A quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The material holds up against aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and chlorinated solvents. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or hot water and steam.
