The A80041 is an AS568-041 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.989 in (75.92 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.129 in (79.48 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, Aflas (TFE/P) offers proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. This material stands up to amines and corrosion inhibitors, hot water, and high-temperature steam. Rated temperature range runs from -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where aromatic hydrocarbons or low-temperature dynamic service are present.

It sees regular use in oil and gas production, chemical processing, and geothermal equipment.
