-115 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

The A80115 is an AS568-115 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.674 in (17.12 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.88 in (22.35 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists amines and corrosion inhibitors, brake fluids and phosphate esters, and high-temperature steam. Aflas (TFE/P) is specified for proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The material carries a published service range of -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to some chlorinated solvents or aromatic hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in downhole tooling, power generation, and geothermal equipment.
