-017 BROWN FKM 75D O-RING

The VB75017 is an AS568-017 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.676 in (17.17 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.816 in (20.73 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, engine and transmission fluids, and many acids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or amines.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, oil and gas, and automotive fuel systems.
