-381 BROWN FKM 75D O-RING

VB75381 is an AS568-381 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 11.975 in (304.17 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 12.395 in (314.83 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for outstanding high-temperature capability, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. This material stands up to chlorinated solvents, many acids, and aggressive chemicals. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Applications involving amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in aerospace, automotive fuel systems, and chemical processing.
