APG stocks the V75425, an AS568-425 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.475 in (113.67 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.025 in (127.64 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. The compound resists aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with amines or ketones and esters.
