APG stocks the TFE030, an AS568-030 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.614 in (41 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.754 in (44.55 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

PTFE (Teflon) is specified here for non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics and one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid. It resists nearly all industrial chemicals, solvents, and oxidizing media. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C) in continuous service.
