-027 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

APG stocks the S70027, an AS568-027 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.301 in (33.05 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.441 in (36.6 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against extreme heat and cold, weathering, and dry heat. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone offers an exceptionally wide service temperature range and very good compression set resistance across its range. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. Exposure to abrasive dynamic service or hydrocarbon fuels and oils will shorten service life.
