-119 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-119 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A with an inside diameter of 0.924 in (23.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.13 in (28.7 mm), catalogued under part number A80119. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Aflas (TFE/P) is valued for high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match and proven performance in aggressive downhole environments. The compound resists hot water, amines and corrosion inhibitors, and sour gas and hydrogen sulfide. Continuous operating temperature is published at -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
