E70343 is an AS568-343 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.725 in (94.62 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.145 in (105.28 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. It resists dilute acids and alkalis, ozone, UV and weathering, and water and steam. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C).

Typical settings include brake and phosphate ester systems, outdoor equipment, and water and steam systems.
