Part number V75221 is an AS568-221 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.421 in (36.09 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.699 in (43.15 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is valued for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or ketones and esters will shorten service life.

Typical settings include oil and gas, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
