Ordered as HSN80116, this is an AS568-116 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.737 in (18.72 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.943 in (23.95 mm). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists modern refrigerants, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or strong oxidizing acids will shorten service life.
