Ordered as H90441, this is an AS568-441 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 6.975 in (177.17 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.525 in (191.14 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists water, many alcohols, and greases and lubricants. Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for low compression set under sustained load and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. Applications involving ozone and direct sunlight or ketones call for a different compound.
