VB90247 is an AS568-247 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.609 in (117.07 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.887 in (124.13 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) delivers very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving amines or ketones and esters call for a different compound.
